Saif al-Adel

A former Egyptian military colonel, al-Adel is believed to have played a crucial part in the bombing of the United States Embassy in Kenya in 1998. He is also suspected to be the provider of military intelligence and training to the al-Qaeda group and to different Islamic Jihad organizations. It is being assumed that he is under house arrest in Iran.

An accomplice to al-Adel, Abdullah is also accused of the same crime committed on August 7, 1998 against the US Embassy. And just like al-Adel, he too is an Egyptian national who is believed to be under house arrest in Iran. He goes by other aliases such as Abu Mariam and Abu Mohamed Al-Masri.

Born in Al lhsa, Saudi Arabia, this terrorist is the suspected leader of the Saudi Hizballah organization. Their group has been connected to the Khobar Towers bombing of 1996. He was tagged as one of the most wanted terrorists in the world since 2001. Reports have it that he is still living in Iran.

Born in Qatif, Saudi Arabia, this terrorist was also among the perpetrators of the Khobar Towers attack. He was indicted in 46 different US courts for his role in the attacks, including murder charges. He is a member of the Hizballah Al-Hijaz which operates in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Lebanon.

Also a native of Qatif, Saudi Arabia, he was identified by intelligence reports as the passenger of the bomb truck that was driven to the Khobar Towers. They abandoned the vehicle minutes before the explosion and fled away in waiting cars. He also goes by the alias Ali Saed Bin Ali Al-Houri.

The role of Qatif born Al-Mughassil in the terrorist attack on the Khobar Towers is that of the main truck driver. He drove the truck bomb into the location and fled away together with the other passengers. He goes by different aliases such as Arfad and Abu Omran. He is a member of the Party of God or the Saudi Hizballah, although they were considered as outlaws in their own land.

3. Abdul Rahman Yasin

Yasin is a notorious criminal responsible for the 1993 World Trade Center bombings. Although he has an Iraqi heritage and grew up in Baghdad, he was rightfully born in Bloomington, Indiana. He is technically an American citizen who the media has tagged as ‘the only participant in the World Trade Center bombings who was never caught’. Following the attacks, he was picked up by the FBI in his mother’s home in New Jersey. But after giving names and addresses to the FBI, he was able to go back to Iraq. Years after, he was shown as a prisoner held by Saddam Hussein in the outskirts of Baghdad. But even after the death of Hussein and invasion of Iraq, he has not resurfaced.

He was part of the group who hijacked the TWA Flight 847. But he didn’t make it to the flight and was arrested. However, he was released as a part of the deal to free hostages.
