For the next two centuries, the Roman drover dogs were continually used in herding & driving cattle. People believe that Rottweiler is descendant of the Asian mastiffs. Mastiffs have been used as breed herders.
2. Named After Town Of Rottweil

Wynd worked and served as a therapy dog with The Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors also Hampton Veterans Hospital & Suffolk Humane Society’s BARKS reading program. Because of osteosarcoma Wynd passed away in December. But her legacy lives on.
